... the floor tile work in one of the houses today. Hoorah. All the men have been working hard putting up trusses and placing plywood on it for the past week. Last week someone broke into one of the houses and stole our compressor and numerous other power tools. Fortunately the local Habitat office could replace them. Was hard to believe someone would do that.... On our day off last Monday, we drove to Roswell New Mexico where the UFO Museum ...

... member installing the kitchen cabinets. The rest of the week he has been part of a team placing and securing the roof trusses. The hope is to start placing the plywood on the trusses tomorrow, but if the wind is still present, will need to postpone, as will be too dangerous. The weather has been pleasant. ... cancellations. We have 3 couples and a single man which makes a team total of 7. Our team leaders are a super couple from Santa Barbara- this is their 17th build. They stated there is a happy hour each evening. Go team! The others are from South Dakota -13th build and Texas- 18th build. We are the only "newbies" and "youngsters" on the team.
