Julie from Ed's office was great in offering us a ride to the airport arriving nearly 3 hours early for our 12:40 pm American Airlines flight. As we prepare for curb check in the porter has difficulty bringing up our reservations off our e-ticket so we go inside to the counter for conventional baggage check.
