So we where on the road again. And and we went to Shenandoah national park and drove on the skyline road thing - a road on the mountains with views of the surrounding area (at least we think so because it was cloudy) it was strange because we where above the clouds so it was blue sky for us, but cloudy below. So we marked another year of marriage with another drive-in, another minor league ballpark, and the continuation of a geocache-a-day streak, all despite the perfidious rain. We will have to come back at the end of September to try again for the ATV ride, but all in all, it was a good trip.

Instead of going to the ballgame, we spent the evening at WalMart and the Dollar Tree looking for rain ponchos. We are scheduled for a 4-hour ATV tour tomorrow morning, and it will go even if there are thunderstorms, which are predicted. We, of course, brought everything we could possibly need (and then some) except rain gear. Umbrellas will not be useful on an ATV, ...
Greg and Caroline gave us a great tour around the Radford University campus. Caroline is very happy and Radford and proud of her school. She was happy she got to show Nana around.
