      ... We saw many different animals including lots of snakes, lizards and yucky insects in the Discovery Area. A walk through the monkey trail to see our cousins confirmed my concerns that one day they will take over the world. They were very clever and interesting to watch.

      ... down the convention center (leading to Marina). It's a new moment in major cities, that one can use limited spaces and exercise - like running stairs in the stadium, for city folks to get a power work-out outdoors, in the city. We followed suit and running up-n-down the stairs and had a good laugh!

      The beautiful San Diego is always so temperate. Never gets cold, and it rarely rains......

      Short story today We woke up this morning at around 10 al sweddy because it got so hot in the car tonight. We drove to McDonalds to get Internet and Breakfast and drove to Mission Beach one of the nice beaches in San Diego. We went to the Beach got in the water and played some BeachBall.       ... they were only serving fruit! No French fries, no burgers, just cups of fresh fruit. After a couple hours of shopping in the 30C heat we decided to go to a Wal-Mart to get a few groceries and other things we needed. We were there only a few moments when we realized that the muzac was playing Christmas carols: Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. Oh dear. We also noticed that all the signage was in English and Spanish. Too be expected I guess but still a surprise.
