... with a host family and I will be able to take marine science courses while I am away as well as a cuisine class. I never knew how much planning it would take to prepare to live in another country for half a year and I have yet to pack my suitcase (which I am not sure how I will be able to fit everything I need into a suitcase for 5 months). Now I am being hit with the excitement and the fact that this is actually happening. Costa Rica here I come!

We went to breakfast with Zach (I got to ride shotgun in Roxy, and got to witness Southern friendliness firsthand), where we all over-ordered and basically died from our food consumption. Visited Whole Foods. Took a trip down the halls of PDS (far too nice), and then hung out at his house. We went to a Charlotte Knights game with his mom (his dad wasn't feeling well), which was super fun. Then we got dinner at a place with great biscuits, and just hung out some ...

This last summer has been one of the best in NS for the past few years, you certainly pulled out all the stops for us and very nice it was too. Thanks! It has been long, hot and wonderful, but all good things must come to an end as they say. Mornings and evenings have begun to cool and with light frosts nipping at our heels it was time to move on. After a week of preparations which included washing and polishing Bree (a job we had left until the very last ...
