    Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously.     It was an early start to the day, up at 6:00am, out the door at 7:30, drop the car off, and at International Departures by 8:30. 83 Casey Cavaliers players, parents and supporters, all packed and ready to go.
