Travel Blogs from Eagan
Before every travel blog that I create, I always start it out by reflecting on how I am feeling and why I decided to choose the particular destinations that I chose. This trip to China is particularly unique because it has been about a year in the process, even before I got hired for the position. So my story goes as follows.

... we continued on to our hotel in Eagan, Minnesota, just minutes away from the Mall of America. Leah chose "Dick's Last Resort" in the MOA for her birthday dinner. The ferry crew informed us that we could get across to La Pointe, but that the storm reportedly had 70-mile-an-hour winds, so they would be staying in the port, and we were welcome to stay in the cabin to wait out the storm if we didn’t have anyplace to go. As it happened, we were meeting ...
