... we have noticed - "everyone is an expert, and they must be at least 400 years old to know how things should be done". It is amazing the number of people we have overheard in a restaurant talking between themselves about the deficiencies in the meal quality, or service, or prices. The amazing thing about this though, is that they appear to still give the waitresses a tip. I thought the basis of the tipping system is if you are not ...

My last day in Florida, and I decided to do what most Floridians do: GOLF! I figured it was about time I started to act like the locals, haha! From a positive environmental perspective, there is new sea grass and sea grape vegetation planted in the new dunes. Every little bit helps.

It was a quick but rejuvenating weekend.

... wonder Betsy is grey - it's pretty scary sitting in that passenger seat! I know when I first started driving I said it got scary at times in the driver's seat with trucks coming at you on single track roads and wing mirrors passing within inches but sitting on the other side WITH NO CONTROL it felt like we were doing 100mph on the pavement (which I know you think is the road but to me it's the sidewalk - well to you ...
