Now its daytime Kaleb gave me the tour of the test of the place. We took his quad or as he calls it the 4 wheeler over the sunflower field and along the airstrip to the hanger. He doesnt have a plane in there but there is a couple of john deere tractors. It wasnt quiet hot enough for shorts but still hot enough for fishing. We arrived in Carthage earlier than we needed to which was nice because that meant we actually had time for lunch before heading out with the sponsor. It got hot again today, so at the risk of people peeking in our windows (which happens more often than I could have ever imagined), we opened the shades, opened the windows and let the breeze in.

Driving into Bushnell was wildly nostalgic for us...we used to drive here every summer for a music festival that John's old band played. The festival was a week long, on a pig farm out of town, and brought in thousands upon thousands of people. My last festival was in 2004, John's was 2005, and the festival folded just a year or two ago after a long run.
