Prepping for the trip
So nearly packed and ready. Just checked the weather report since I have a track record for being snowed out of Oregon. Good news it doesn't look like snow but, there are 25-30 mph winds gusting to 50mph! Good thing they are from the south, I should get great gas ...
Shoppedag juhuuu!!!
... Der fik jeg en jordbæris. Sigrid fik en meget fancy is
med forskellige farver. Så kørte vi videre til en god campingplads med swimmingpool
og netværksforbindelse. Og strøm. Vi gik i poolen så jeg kunne prøve mine nye
badebukser. Vi spiste svampesuppe og endelig rugbrød! Om aftenen spillede vi
kort og fik chokolade.

Yosemite National Park - San Francisco
... heute in die Stadt gefahren. Unsere Route führte uns dem Pier 1 Richtung Pier 39 entlang. Und als wir an einem Rotlicht standen und ein bisschen herumschauten fielen uns fast die Augen aus! Ein Nackt-Wanderer nur mit Hut und Schuhen bekleidet spazierte ganz gemütlich durch die Menschenmenge. Hihihihii....... Petra wollte schon ein Foto machen da schaltete es leider auf Grün und wir mussten weiterfahren.
Bevor wir ins Hotel eincheckten sind wir noch über die Golden ...
A Little Bit Cowboy
... this time it was 2pm and tried out a burger chain we hadnt even heard of Carls Jnr and had the usual, then found a supermarket and had a look..... 36 eggs $5.00, 2 gallons milk $6.00 the cleaners, packet stuff, bikkies and snacks similar price to ours, meat $1.83 a pound and potatoes 99c pound, was interesting lots of good fresh food and LARGE selection of fruit .....dont know why so many ...
Cheese and goats.
... feed. (i wanted to pinch her cheeks, but refrained!) we passed her some to share, and after seeing her feed the animals, charlene overcame her fear of had-being-bitten off. and sean had a few accidents with the spitting lama. hahaha.
grabbed some fresh peaches and apricots from the farm, and headed off on our merry way :)
