    ... Thursday: today we crossed over into Texas shortly after leaving Vinton and drove as far as Rockport TX - stayed the Sandollar resort. We set up and headed out for a bite to eat.     ... we got back to Lake Charles, I took those 17 shrimp and cleaned them all—breaking off the heads, peeling off the shell and tail, and deveining them.
