I have been meaning to post this for some time . . .

When we first met Addy, we were given a very special book with pictures of her when she was at the orphanage. Inside this book, we saw a glimpse of her life there, include the nannies that cared for her. We often wonder if she misses them and if ...

We chose a sampler tray of different meat including; beef brisket, chicken jalapeno poppers, spicy sausage, and some beef skewers plus we added corn on the cobb. Everyone's favorite was the beef ...

We drove to Fort Worth to the Stockyards. The Stockyards began as a stopover on the Chisholm Trail in the late 1800s. It was the last gathering point for all the Texas cows before entering Indian country on the way to Abilene, KS. After the 1880s when cows began moving by rail, Fort Worth and the stockyard became a center of the meat packing industry. Both Swift and Amour had very large plants here. ...

... We left the game with 5 minutes to go, with Philadelphia leading by 8. We managed to see the Cowboys score another Touchdown on the big screen on the concourse outside. We walked to the bus stop in the freezing cold but thankfully we didn't have to wait long for the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up. A 5 minute drive back to the hotel, a cup of coffee, something to eat and it was off to ...
