... relaxing by the pool as the temp was around 95 f and the driving is quite tiring, although we here by all accounts that the UK has equally been as hot! Off into Albuquerque in a mo before embarking on our next route which is a 220 mile trip to Holbrook in Arizona. Just to say that although we do have WiFi, it is not particularly quick so some of the photos are taking an age to download so on some blogs may be coming through a day or so late. Me and the lads headed for a local sports bar that wasn't far from the motel, when we got in it was a proper locals pub. There was one of those punching machines in the corner and loads of fellas were smacking it trying to break the record of 792. They kept pumping money in and smashing the punch bag. Ealier the cousins all rode with us and they played games, cards, worked on scrapbook pages, etc. But for this last leg of the journey they decided to ride with the grandparents as my sister bought an episode of AIO for them all to listen to.
