    Yesterday was nice! all of the family was here and we all had a great time. Then we were back on the road after saying our goodbyes. We drove to Amarillo, TX and filled up which costed 48.50. Then we went to Tucumcari, NM and filled up which costed 21.50. Then we traveled to Albaquerque , NM and filled up which costed 32.1 then we went to bed after eating dinner at Burger King which costed 20.00. And that was the end of our day.

    Today we went into the Peublo Indian cultural centre, a huge museum and based on the site of the old "American Indian School". The first level was a brief history of the "Indian" school system. Despite the unfortunate beginnings of the schools, the museum itself is not about that. It shows a slice of life for the students at the school. Many photos are on display of students at work and at play.

    We departed Boston Friday on American Airlines for DFW to connect to a flight to Albuquerque. Upon arrival in ABQ at about 10:30pm we walked through the Southwestern style decorated airport and went to the comfortable baggage claim area with seating to wait for our luggage. Our luggage came in about 10 min and we got the rental car shuttle to Avis. At ABQ, all the rental agencies use one shuttle bus, as opposed to some airports where each agency has its own bus.
