    Wow, i cant believe how close it is!! in just 6 hours i will be at my friends house on our way to the airport. I can FINALLY say i am all packed and ready to go! i feel like i have more food than anything else.     I made it back ok, in fact, I was lucky enough to have an empty seat next to me on the night flight from Lima so I was able to curl up and sleep. The only problem was that my luggage got lost (again!) and has to be delivered separately the next day. Maybe backpacks don't move through the system as easily as regular baggage.

    Got up this morning, after actually being able to sleep quite well in the hotelroom at the holiday inn. That really was the best solution yesterday. I walked over to the Greyhound station (not as scary in daylight, last time I was there was during night) this morning, bought my Discovery Greyhound Pass for the summer, and then boarded the "express" bus to Minneapolis.
