Plenty of activity in the area surrounding the hotel, with stalls selling jewelry and other things all set up in the courtyards between us and the pier. We leave tomorrow to fly home after a wonderful holiday full of knowledge and experiences. It is 5.30 in the afternoon and Stuey lies beside me snoring, exhausted by the walking and relaxed by the lunchtime wine.
We have enjoyed our time in the US and the people have been very friendly and welcoming. The thought of packing for the last time is a daunting task. I look forward now to coming home and cuddling our darling ...

Following that experience we carried on to San Francisco. We are staying at an RV park on the west coast of the city close to public transport and only 15 miles from the bridge.
