... nature. I don't know if long-term hiking is something I would want to do for a whole trip, but I did really enjoy hiking this trail. Almost immediately, I walked up to an elevation where I was far above the road, my view now all the tall trees, the path in front of me, plants, etc. I have to admit I was little put off by all the warning signs about mountain lions, bears, moose at the entrance to the trail. ... a quick swim as the pool was full of noisy kids before grabbing a pizza next door for dinner.

Had great views of the mountains out the window, Utah is a really nice area with a range of mountains on one side and lakes on the other. The CBD of Salt Lake City looked nice from the freeway but we didn't venture in there. ...
