... last time;
-- We drove through pounding rain and our trailer didn't leak (yay!);
-- We had a great duo erformance of Kenny Rogers' "You gotta know when to fold 'em" in the truck;
-- We didn't have to worry about canceling and still paying for an RV reservation in Great Falls when we decided to stay in Havre. We're livin' on the wild side, Gil!!

We left Minot, ND this morning at 7:30 and drove across Route 2. It was a 4-lane highway all the way through North Dakota, but went down to just 2 lanes in Montana. Not too much of a problem as there wasn't that much traffic. We drove 428 miles today and reached Havre, MT around 2:15 MST. ... ever seen the movie Fargo, well they wern't exagerating the way they talk. Pretty funny actually. When we finally got into Montana it was about 95 degrees. We were dieing in the sun, and not a cloud in the sky.

... A nostalgic citizen could not abide the demise of the water tower of his youth, so he bought it and turned it into a restaurant. If the town were named Lethwatertower instead Lethbridge, I might understand the landmark's significance. As it is, I'm at a loss. I thanked the helpful and informative resident, snapped a photo and moved on.
