    ... then took a baby plane for the quick 45 minute flight to St. Louis - again, uneventful.

    It was great to be home and see our dog, Mindy. As a Yorkie/chihuahua mix, she tends to be on the excitable side, but wow. I thought she was going to burst a blood vessel. Maybe she did (that would explain a lot with her). Thanks so much to Julie K. for staying with her the (almost) 3 weeks and otherwise watching the house.

    ... out Target . So that’s what we did – spent a most enjoyable hour of so there and managed to snaffle a bargain or two- once I susssed out what American sizes fitted me. I ended up with a pair of skinny jeans, a pair of full length gym pants and a beach cover up in black mesh.

    We grabbed a bottle of wine and then started walking back to the hotel as cabs seemed to be in short supply. A good half hour walk and not ideal ...
