    ... the 3 mile trail instead in the midday sun. Not before we stopped off at a seaside inflatable shop and bought a LILO.     ... the sand. Ala and i were in the middle. Then we see a runner going past us and then she comes back and passes us again on teh way back. Amazing that a runner is doing this faster than us. I run into another group of runners and ask them where the road is. They point laughing an say keep going in the same direction (which i knew from the map).     The final 10 miles of our day took us to Coast Guard Beach, which was
