... breakfast by 6:45am for a 7:30am departure by bus
This was taking us to Niagara Falls and then a winetasting and lunch at vineyard downstream and then to the airport.

Niagara Falls township is normally about a 3 hr round trip but with major roadworks in the CBD we allowed some extra time. It is a major road around Lake Ontario which feeds the falls

... hour bus trip back to Toronto, and a short walk back to the hotel. The funny thing about Canada, and even the United States, is that it doesn't get dark until late. We got back and were walking down to the local store for some dinner at around 7pm, and it was still light outside! Just on that dinner note - quiche lorraine and mini potatoes is what I'd like to add :).

Packing just seems far too complicated at the moment so sleep time it is for today. Peace out from Toronto ...

... the trip and the stickers on the back. First Canadian to comment on the stickers. Maybe there is hope for humanity!

The IndyCar circus is in town this weekend. I rode past pit lane and where Shoreline drive will be closed off. The streets start getting closed to traffic tomorrow, which makes me glad I went to Forty Creek today. Lakeshore Drive was moving much faster than the Gardiner (non)expressway.

... go up the CN tower and do their fixed lunch menu however the weather was really overcast and then it started to pour so ultimately we decided against it. We ended up back in the annex for dinner and drinks and we went to an all you can eat Japanese restaurant (including sashimi) in which you order fresh from the menu. That was amazing. We ate so much. I think we ordered at least 50 pieces of salmon sashimi. It was a great way to make up for missing out on the CN tower and ...
