... was reflected so we never got an accurate fix as to where we were. There are electric trolley cars using the center lanes and every time they stop commuters would run through the outside lanes to either board or disembark. I think this practice is what has taught the residents here that J-walking is acceptable because they do it everywhere. Even on the busiest streets.
