Pacific Coast Highway, here we come
... the road shoulder on the side of the mountain are supported by a rock wall. Wow.
We decided to stay at Cape Lookout, a state park on the coast, for the next two days until this storm passes. Hopefully the rain stops and we can do some hiking. Either way we will be going into Tillamook, a nearby town, to see the local attractions tomorrow.

Walla Walla WA to Oregon
... going to check out Portland but I had just enough time to head west to the ocean to catch the sunset. I drove thru quickly and got to see the skyline but that was about it. I really wish i had more time there. After I shot thru portland I turned west and headed for the coast...problem is it was a good hour or 2 drive still with a big 'ol mtn range to get thru with a worse climb than b4!!! I crept steadily at about 30mph for endless miles...my temp ...
