This place is awesome! Right by the water, super clean and the pie that these people serve is awesome.

    Highly recommend!

The hotel we stayed at left much to be desired, Conrad reckons it was probably more a rent by the hour place........ I found that is you had a family of over four people finding a single room was impossible and as soon as two rooms were booked the price was way out of our budget so we had little choice. Lake Superior is the largest lake in the world, our cabin was on the shore of it. ...

We soon found a patch of low lying wild blueberries and begin to pick. We managed to collect a half pint or do before continuing on.

Later in day after our kayak voyage we srive on to Trails End campground for a peak and discovered an unpicked patch which gave us another pint! Our day was complete and we headed back down the gunflint trail towards ...

... what was going on. Turned out I had a slow leak that was getting worse, so I elected to fix it there rather than try to limp it on to the overnight stop. Got the wheel off, broke down the tire, pulled the tube, and started looking for the leak (this types much easier than it than it is done). Found the leak in the inside. Of the rim, so I checked the rim and found a rough spot on it where it had been welded and had apparently corroded enough to wear a hole in the tube. So, the ...
