... an hour to cross, due to security. At least we had our first view of Niagara Falls, one of the reasons I selected this tour. Arrival at our hotel was after 6:30 PM and we checked in and went to the nearby Outback for dinner, with umbrellas since we had some rain. All three couples split meals since the menu was pricier than back home and it was pretty late to eat heavy.

... it was nice and chilled, as it was getting quite warm outside. We set off walking along River street towards the falls, and we could hear them before we could see them; they were so loud!

... from the trip up to the revolving restaurant at lunch time.
First impressions of Toronto - full of high rise buildings made of glass and steel, very little variance in shape or colour. We finished off the afternoon with a cruise on Lake Ontario, which was very pleasant, sitting on the top deck basking in the sun and taking in the lovely scenery.Dinner was a quick trip to China Town for a seafood buffet.
