... for us to do except stand in the rain in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of Chuzhuo.

When we got back to the apartment, nothing else had been done to it since we left though there were some duvet covers in the bedrooms now. As there was nowhere else to sit we took the duvet from my room, threw it on the huge window sill and the three of us sat on there waiting for Bruce to come back. At this point we all admitted that we were so disappointed with our school ...

account for foreigners and we were able to open an account at that branch. The

You all know how much I love to sleep but seriously I have existed on so little sleep in the last two weeks and I don’t see it changing any time soon! I’ve become an early riser! And no siestas!

... for a traditional Chinese show.

The show was full of acrobats and such.

I had a seat right in the front row centre with my Chinese friends.

I was happily enjoying the show and minding my own business when suddenly the actors came to the mainland (there was water in between the stage and the audience) and started looking for a volunteer for their traditional marriage ceremony.

Our Chinese friends lost their minds trying to get them to ...
