... The second time they try and make me move I said I can't go back there again. They said why? ... that they have to pay campground fees...even though FIMA is paying rent for others who have been displaced. It's not like they are choosing to not go back up and take care of things. It's simply that they can't do it without a great deal of trouble.

    We were very fortunate to have Linda - our own personal tour guide extraordinaire who grew up in this area. First we visited the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. It covers 21 acres with 2 miles of walking paths (which we did not cover as it was really hot (90 Fahrenheit or 33 Celsius in the shade). It was a really interesting fascinating place, as we had no knowledge of desert environments . Most of the exhibits are living exhibits simulating natural habitats and the interrelationships ...
