... to walk the 4 miles back which took approximately 2 hours. Of course we took our time enjoying the scenery, taking pictures. We didn't see any interesting animals and no snakes so that was good. ... We went down to the restaurant attached to the hotel to have dinner. We had to wait a little bit for a table so we set up at the bar. While were there a guy who kind of reminded me of Bailey's Dad Chuck sauntered in and started ordering a to go. Apparently Faux-chuck's partner was sick with the flu and he was down there to get some grub from the room and bring back drinks. While he was waiting he told us about some stuff to see ...

We had a great evening with Pete and Duffy. It was warm enough to sit outside an learn from Pete about the visible constellations. Of course, Venus and Saturn were sitting side by side, give or take a few million miles. The Big Dipper was clear right before us and all was well "On the western front." The sunset was a great one, so, of course, I took a few shots. I do like sunsets, if you hadn't gathered such yet.
