    Departure day has finally arrived! Tomorrow I will begin the journey of a lifetime with the Peace Corps and I could not be more excited. I want to again thank all my friends and family who have supported me throughout this process because I truly could not have done it without you!     ... asked for Asparagus with her steak and ended up with a plate of rice instead. I suggested that with her English accent maybe our waiter had heard Asparagrice. Still, the food was good. Our aggregated score was  3.5/5 Shrimps (due to the shrimp sides). The extra 0.5 was from Russ and Emma's mini milk shakes.  In all it was a hugely enjoyable first day. Time for sleep. Tomorrow is the Everglades and the Coopertown boat tour !!  ...
