    ... First off this week with an email from 10yr old Grandaughter Kiah, telling us of her "awesome week". She had made selection to the Interschool Cross country event for Waikato. Also won her class speech contest and now has to present it in front of her school. Similar news heard (thru' the grapevine) about 13yr old Aimee, who won the Waikato Cross country event.     ... evening we went to a red lobster, where I had a platter or shrimp 3 ways that was about as big about a metre squared (one thing I do enjoy about the sea, plenty of food living in it) and went back to the hotel feeling bloated.
