    ... and seeing where the wind takes us. If we enjoy Switzerland more than we expected, then we can stay longer without worrying about ruining some reservation elsewhere. If we truly hate Amsterdam we can leave early and get to the next country we were planning on heading to later that week.     ... of the day was the traffic trying to get off the island. Is it always like this? What a nightmare. I don't know how the locals can stand it. We took some side roads but it still took forever to get to the Causeway. Stopped for a few more provisions. Ft. Myers must have the largest Target I have ever seen.
