... It may have something to do with why the festival continues with the famous Outhouse Race, which is basically a ****-house on wheels. The overall champion receives the coveted Golden Toilet Seat Trophy as well as all the beans they can eat. ... contestants; each explained and demonstrated how they prepared their meat. Learned quite a bit about smoking meat and the best part--sampling their food. Signed up and did the tour again on Thursday with three of our family members that arrived last night. Definitely spoiled after eating this barbeque; no restaurant could compare to this competition food!
