    We got out of Helena shortly after noontime and we'd each taken care of the necessities of life as friends and homeowners. Mowing the lawn was a priority for me, since I haven't spent much quality time with the beloved dandelions recently. In spite of all I have tried, they seem not to want to die. How can that be?     ... after all. At least for the moment... I bulked up for the ski with sausage, eggs and fried potatoes. A bit of Frank's and all was good.

    ... the mid 70's during the day and last night it went down to around 40!!!! Today is gorgeous. We are in a great little rv park and we face a large field with horses and cows with the mountains in the background. It is quiet and lovely so we are staying three days.     On Sunday morning the bay was covered with fog which extended high up into the towering mountains of the Pintlars. Only after the sun had risen for some time, did it dissipate. Quiet again.

    Then it was time for SHima and I to get ready to try to keep our butts from freezing off that night. i dressed in 3 layers and had a few PBR's to make me sleepy. we crashed about 10pm and then about 1am I awoke to find that my PBR plan backfired and I had to pee like a racehorse. problem was it was like 15 degrees out. man that was a horrible pee break. also, another sidenote...i didnt ...
