    ... a spot.

We left at about 7:00 am. It was cloudy and raining a bit, but it eventually cleared up. We were a little weary this morning after a busy day yesterday and even our dog seemed to be worn out.

Once again, I left home with a garden full of vegetables that we won’t eat. We downsized our garden this year to 2 tomato plants, 2 zucchini plants and some beans. We did enjoy some zucchini and beans, but most of the tomatoes were ...

... touchdown, EIU came back very quickly and managed to be ahead 44-10 by half-time. When half-time finally came around, the marching band provided half-time entertainment. This was followed by an amazing ten minute firework display. No expense is spared here when it comes to the football. We ended up leaving the game a little early (a two hour first half will do that to you), but I do know that EIU went on to win 57-24, making them 3-0 for the ...

Eastern IL Univ. Wesley Foundation Visit

A travel blog entry by getsadmissions on Feb 23, 2013

I had a good visit here with Garrett Alum Paige (Wesley Foundation Pastor) and a group of about 15 students. There were a couple that were really interested in seminary but only one that has already graduated, Caleb. I don't think we'll need to go back next year as most people there were fresh./soph. but definitely a place we should get back with after a year or ...
