... to pick up some snacks for the trip to the Great Wall of China the next day.

Back at the hotel we tried to put some laundry in but it proved as difficult as our tuktuk ride in Xian. Despite being self-service we had to call reception for them to come and unlock the laundry room and then more Chinglish hand gestures with the attendants to work out what cycle we needed and when it would be ready. We eventually got a load on at 9.24 but it wouldn't be ready until 12.30...

After class, I walked behind Jean and yelled out his name. I walked with Shari, Andrea, Jean, and a few others to get a chicken wrap. "You are such a *****, Benny." Shari shouted.

I was so caught off guard by that statement. "No, I am not." I responded. "I am just a primadonna." Andrea was bursting out laughing.

... thoroughly stuffing ourselves with breakfast, we head to the lobby to load up on the bus for our first full day of sightseeing. The day is a bit gray, but the haze is better.
