... Style... 11:30pm (CT): Branson, Missouri. We leave the campground and head to Grandma Ruth's for a box of cinnamon rolls. Huge rolls had just come out of the oven and Grandma Ruth was sitting there putting icing on them. We talked with her a few minutes and took a picture. ... Depending on the track of the storm after landfall we could see as much as 6.5 inches of rain here in Branson which is already saturated from previous storms and would be devastating to the area. ... still in operation and looked about the same as it had in the 1920's. The other stop was at one of the springs and it was surprising how cool it was inside the spring cutout even though it was barely underground.

... thunder could be heard in the distance. So we donned our trusty rainsuits, again. It wasn't bad though, just a few minutes of off and on sprinkles as we made our way the remaining 50 or so miles to Eureka Springs.
