    ... end.....there must be a lot of polish people around here in these parts of Wisconsin because it went on for miles --- all street names ending in 'ski'. It made me feel right at home. One thing for sure, they don't have kielbasa in these parts.     ... that we had to cross over a big tall bridge in this storm. NOT FUN!
    By the time we touched down on solid land again Mike was white knuckled and sweating. I was absolutely silent. That doesn't happen very often.
    The rain and wind finally let up around 11:00 or so. We stopped for lunch at a restaurant and while there asked the people next to us if they could recommend a campground to stay in. They sent up back up highway 53 to Northwood Shores.

    ... to that side. First fall. Not moving or dangerous, just some scrapes and lost dignity. Easy 50 mile ride to Minneapolis, my first time there. It is a very big city, and I had to switch to city biking mode, more hand gestures, taking up entire lanes, closing my ears to car horns.
