What a fantastic day. Set off early - some borderline misery from the junior members- to drive to Provincetown on the northern most tip of Cape Cod. A trendy arty rainbows type of place. Our main aim to go whale watching on the Dolphin Fleet.

Approval must be sought to start a business and there are restrictions of the type of signage that can be displayed (no rooftop and no neon). Greater injury was the parking ticket we got for not displaying a 'Beach Permit' - smallest sign ever at approach to beach so now need to work out how to pay a fine when it wants a cheque. Ho hum. Only $30 but a hassle.

Today decided to go to Provincetown to the tip of the Cape. Drove for a couple of hours, and found that we couldn't find a park. I was over it and decided to go back. We had stopped at Marconi's beach and took pictures. The drive back was lovely through Barnstable - really loved this area.
