... thus late getting this blog started. Friday morning we were up at 6am to get up and on our way to the Lansing, WV for an all day whitewater rafting trip down the Lower New River. We had a blast. Our guide Brenton was great-knew quite a bit of history about the area and was very attentive in keeping Elena safe. ... with him for awhile at Taliesin in Spring Green, Wisconsin. They envisioned a cottage on the shore with a picture window looking onto the waterfall. Frank said that was boring, and that soon they would forget the waterfall was there and not even look out the window, so he designed the house to be part of the waterfall.

... on driving he said he was ill and would be better off driving. Just entered West Virginia at 2:10, only 26 miles from the campground in Milton.

We checked into Huntington-Foxfire KOA in Milton a little before 3:00. They gave a pull through and we can keep the tow dolly hooked up with the car. Will make leaving in the morning so much easier and faster. They have wonderful Wi-Fi so I've been updating the GPS ...

... areas. Sheets were soaked from condensation so I came in to use dryer. Woman already in there and she was territorial. I just gave her my best overly nice sarcastic attitude. I think it worked well.
