We were staying in a nice little hotel that was very centrally located. We had dinner there the first night and it was lovely but very expensive. Wills was not happy as he did not enjoy the food despite the fact they had cheese with gluten free crackers.

... chile sauce. The black cod's preparation was divine. Lightly seared on the outside, the fish was so flaky and moist on the inside. It was definitely one of the most memorable dishes I've ever had. And to top it all off, I finished with Peruvian blend of Intelligentsia coffee and a ice cream and brownie dessert. Service was impeccable and all of our dishes were amazing. This was a lunch to remember!

... kept looking for Quality Inn O'Hare while we have to find AVISTAR (yellow minibus). Another 15 mins waiting and there it came... It brought us around 10 mins ride from the airport, quick check in, quick supper (2 am Amsterdam time, 8 pm Chicago, and Adam was still doing pretty good) And sleep...
