... s hats are felt, the women wear black or white caps. After Yoder's farm we continued to drive through Amish country for a while and saw more girls on bicycles as well as several horse and buggy along the busy highways. The next town we came to, was quite a touristy town, with many Amish providing buggy rides around the block, I imagine quite a money earner for them. They were driving across the criss cross of roads, amid lots of traffic and huge trucks, which meant I couldn't get ...

It is fairly quick though, so you may want to chance it - worse case scenario, you can step back, but you won't be allowed back on. $7 doesn't buy a lot of tilt time, as it was probably less than 30 seconds. ... at the bar as The Open was on TV (C'mon Rory!) and ended up being served by a frankly very slow elderly gentleman. Care in the community, we thought, but then we started speaking to him and one of the other bar staff and realised that this was the eponymous Leo, bar owner and local legend. We spoke at some length with him, the bartender and a local man from the Prudential building around the corner who was venturing out for lunch. Much ...

Wrigley Field and I go wayyyy back! As a 2 year old I sat on mom's lap at a cubbie game. As a kid we ran through the stands and threw popcorn down from the rafters. As an adult I’ve partied till the break of dawn at the bars in Wrigley-ville. I haven’t been to a Cubbie game in 8 years…as we approach the stadium I say 'these are my people’. The people that share my ...
