Eight of us met at Macatawa Legends for Senior Day. Great deal - golf and lunch for $35. Such a beautiful day. Golf not so beautiful. Still had fun. Something about Boots? Back to Schmidts to pick up our stuff, then to Grand Rapids. Doing a Park 'n Fly while we are gone. Good place, will park car here while we are gone. Up early tomorrow. 7:30 flight to Anchorage.

There was a time when I didn't care what my hair looked like. I strutted through the day without muscles or looks and carried with me the confidence of someone that had both. Maybe that was indifference. Maybe that was just the ego-boosting granted by the infatuation of others. Regardless, it was a different mentality, as I've spent so much of the recent past in reserved introspection.
