On the road again, this time in NSW. Today we are driving up to Coffs Harbour as guests of an old friend Mal. Mal sponsors an annual art prize for still life called the Eutick Memorial Still-life Award and we are there for the art show and the announcement of the winner. The winner receives $18,000 and a solo exhibition at the gallery.

Everyone had to dance to the Hokey Kokey before dinner which was odd but amusing. We then had a very long queue for dinner - included spag bol with plenty of pasta, bread roll, runner beans and carrots with salad. So filling!

... the river entrance to the sea, it overlooked the most beautiful blue waters and every so often we would see a ray break the top of the water, on our way back we were so lucky to find a huge ray just resting in the shallows for us to see. We stopped off at the local honey farm for some honey tastings and a fizzy drink and even en route home Cassandra took a diversion to take us to a spot where she knew some kangaroos would be relaxing.

... sunset from the lookout. We headed to Coles got food and power walked there and just made it. Great view, Noosa is pretty unique, beach, inlets and waterways, definitely recommend checking out that view. Met another Swiss girl Martina and she was going on the same Fraser Island trip as me so that was good to know. Friday I had a chill day, hung out with Dave and went to the beach but it started raining. Had dinner with Trina and Dave, nice spot Noosa, lots of places to ...
