    stayed at this motel for 3 nights, the rooms were nice and clean and the staff were so nice and helpfull, will return soon and recomend this motel

    ... and I got invited to go sewing with the Coffs Fresh Sewers and Quilters the following Sunday, we drove past a Spotlight and a quilting shop on the way to the park and since we we staying put for a week, Ken put up the annexe for me to sew in !!

    Bliss, absolute bliss !

    For the week I was there, I visited Spotlight 4 times, ( I think Ken only knows about 2 trips lol ), got a quilt top sewn up for a soliders (Aussie Hero Quilts) and had a relaxing ...

    When you go to the Tourist Info Centre and ask the local guide about their exotic food trail or wildlife heaven…etc. If, as a response to that, you get a blank face and "Where did you get this from?" or "We have none of that, but let me ask," you feel a bit let down. But it is common in these parts.

Although it wasn't nesting season I followed the path over the island to see some fantastic views looking back at Coffs and also spotted a few herons.Back in my room I met a girl from Newquay!!
