... some extra research into tomorrows long journey and decided to stop at the bus station on the way home to see if we could find a shortcut. There is a ridiculous shortage of taxis in this city, in India they were begging you to get in, here they really aren't bothered. Fnally we arrived at the station to find that no one spoke english, a sweet girl in the queue tried to help as best she could and explained there were no buses to guilin from here. so back to plan a. Another short night, breakfast is until 9.00am so went downstairs at 8.30. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't very satisfying. They only had noodles, eggs and a dry sort of bread. We all ate something, but will definitely have early lunch.

Beach day today! We took a taxi to Sanya bay. Which a bit of a strange beach. There are no stalls at all and you don't really see people swimming and people just stare at us. We've seen people walking ...

... had a bottle of water in her bag. Had to split up in two's for the train. Miriam and Clíona had seats in section 5 of the train while Des and Cian had seats in section 1. Both sections were nice and clean. Had a little coupé that we shared with other people. In section 5 a family with kids were sitting in the coupé right next to us. The kids weren't really quiet but sure that didn't bother us, but the man sitting opposite us wasn't ...

... ve seen their faces when Clíona stuck out her tongue hahaha! Taxis on this side of the island don't have gas tanks in the back of their cars, so no trouble putting the bags in this time.
The boy and girl at the reception of our resort couldn't speak any English but were really sweet trying to translate sentences on their computer so they could ask/tell us things. All well and the girl showed us the way to our apartment.It has 2 double bedrooms, a living ...
