Beyond all the homework and things to do for the next week, I decided to go travel to LAX during the weekend with great friends; Welling, Anthony, and Jun. I felt sorry that I am not allowed to drive a car due to the absence of the international license. Consequently, it would be better for all of us to let Jun and Wellington lead us to LAX so that we can rent a car at a lower price ! On the first day of ...

... We managed to make it back to the hotel safely and checked in. Our room is fabulous, and very comfortable. We had a shower and freshened up and then headed back into Hollywood for dinner. We went to a Mexican restaurant for some burritos and enchiladas and of course a margarita. We then came back and crashed out. We then enjoyed a nice big sleep in. The plan for today is to enjoy some time relaxing at the hotel before a big day at San Diego Zoo tomorrow. Talk ...

Land in Mexico City and am stoked that my luggage has made it! Guide from journey Mexico is waiting for me and calls the car which whisks me in less ...

... desk. I handed in my passport and that went a bit better than the x-ray machine. I realised I didn't have much time so I headed straight for the boarding gate. I had about 30 minutes to kill so I read one of the books I had picked up on my trip.

The plane started to board so I headed over and gave them my ticket and hopped on. Luckily the plane was going straight to Brisbane and wasn't doing any stop ...

... But the one salesman who reeled us in was for the freakshow. For 5 dollars we saw the hairiest man in the world, the shortest guy in America, and a show which was simply freaky. All sorts of painful things going on, with the grand finale being a massive hook through his nose, which came out of the roof of his mouth, and it wasn't magic you could see every detail! They also had a whole exhibition of freaky animals, including a five legged ...
