Well we have been home for a week now and I guess it is time to reflect on a wonderful holiday with so many amazing experiences. To make a list of highlights is extremely difficult. ... Alexandria, the pay-what-you-like Lentil as Anything in Newtown, $3 taco Tuesdays at Beach Burrito, dumplings at the vine leaves places, and many more memorable eateries. I've been to my first Anzac Day Dawn Service, which also happened to be the centenary, with mum, dad and Omah set with a backdrop of a beautiful sunrise over Dee Why beach.

... Sunday may be for the best as we turn the corner towards what's next for us. We've 10 pay days left until we leave Sydney & head north with Holly & Dec in June and we could do with saving a bit more so the quieter days may become more of a regular occurrence moving forward. ... an old mining town. David took me along the ridge lines so we could spot rock climbers and he had even had Eagles flying with him in this spot. Unfortunately we saw no Eagles but plenty of climbers. We circled over the ranch to try and spot Jenn and Sara but couldn't see them, although they said they saw us. We drove to their house which is only like 15 minutes away and it is beautiful! The house is so cool it is 120 years old, with brick in certain places of the house, a beautiful sitting room and big bedrooms they have this cool james bond bathroom down stirs that just looks like a wall but then you push on it and it opens and bam there is the bathroom! They are in the process of ripping up the back yard ...
