We arrived at Sami in Kefallonia and headed straight to the hospital. We were all a bit worried that the doc would have to open his leg back up! While there we had the great surprise of seeing the turtles, surface around the boats, waiting ...

This area is just outside the channel which leads up to Lefkas Marina, we usually stay here the night before going back to the marina, as in the morning the winds are very slight and therefore we have no problems getting back into our berth on the marina.

We had heard good reports of a Thai Restaurant on the Island of Ithaka, so we set off at 9.10am for Big Vathi whiich is a bay on Ithaka. Ithaka is the Island to the East of Cephalonia. We had a brilliant sail as it was quite a windy day.

We arrived and tied up on the quayside, there was a strong crosswind, so it made life a little difficult, we had to act quickly when tying up so that we didn't float off again. We have got this to ...
