... I've ever seen! Everyone spoke English and since we were there in August, there were many tourists from Europe...Italians, Germans and Dutch, but almost no Americans. Slovenia is an adventure paradise: hiking, skiing, canyoning, rafting, caving...why do I go to these places?

... Javi in Lubian and something in Ourense...and something very nice of Santiago de Compostela. The people that I met last week all went to FInisterra or Muxia by bus to really finish off. I don't know...maybe Portugal at the end. Depends on if I actually have free time at the end.

Off to a hot shower and dinner with friends.

Oh...and I ordered both an iPad Mini and a Lumix... So I will definitely be the shiny American on the Camino.

Here we are at Cedar Breaks Campground on Lake Georgetown. We arrived about 1pm, everyone else is already here. Although there are about seven couples. The site we're in has a great view of the lake. If we had satellite we would be in the perfect spot, no trees, but that's OK, we cranked up the antenna and are able to get about six channels, half English, half ...

This week, I decided that I would not let last week defeat me but I would not be quite a bold. So, I planned to go out 7.5 miles and straight back...no matter where I was at 7.5.

Again, I made Russell in good time. It was hard going after Russell. I stopped again at the water refill at Russell and rested for about 15 minutes before heading back to Tejas.
