We ended up staying in New Orleans for 4 nights and made the most of what the town had to offer. We ventured through Bourbon Street a number of times, had a few drinks here and there, but this really didn’t suit us. Instead, we decided to take advantage of the local jazz scene and wandered down to a street called Frenchman Street, where ...

The third day was First Aid and CPR training, much more interesting than I'd imagined, and the instructor was hilarious, also helpful to make it through the day. Unfortunately the last two days for fire training were booked, so I have to wait until next week to complete the training. Darn, guess I have to enjoy ladies night again!

The ship is amazing, brand new, lots of modern art which seems to be typical for Celebrity, lots of room so it never feels crowded and full of people aged 50 to 80. We feel young here. We left Miami during an incredible thunder and lighting storm watching the police cars on South Beach clearing the swimmers off the beach.
