Woke in the morning to discover the bug going round had claimed 2 more victims - Jack and yungi were now added to the list. We couldn't hang around though and before we knew it we were packed and in the van once more. This time I decided to watch some more game of thrones to occupy my time. Eventually some tin foil was passed around...we were approaching Roswell so had to make hats to prevent the aliens from reading/stealing ...

... 1ft high water puddles in the middle of the roads with Lola (the whole town in their big pickup trucks were as well). We then headed to the only river bank in Roswell to watch the newly formed rapids in what we reckon was previously a very dry river bank, locals getting stuck driving on the mud whilst trying to get a better look of the river, and cowboys in their shiny pickup trucks doing donuts and spraying mud ...

... to head back to the campsite. We spent the rest of the day at the campsite and even swam in Lake Lea now that we had bathing suits. That was the most enjoyable part of the day. We got made fun of by the locals for showering outside in our bathing suits (they spoke in Spanish assuming we wouldn't understand) but I, at least didn't care. It felt good to be clean.
