... When it came to evening meal we had seen some of the prices. Vegas is not cheap so we went online to find a bargain. A 30 minute walk away there was a cheaper casino that does a buffet for $9.99/6.It even had great reviews on trip advisor, so off we went. We loved it, like Taybarns but way better, so we headed there again the 2nd night. Italian, Chinese, Mexican, American etc, Jane could finally indulge in her five-a-day which she was very pleased about!

... with a dome of lights and there is a constant light show on the dome. Every hour they play video clips of famous concerts like Bon Jovi etc. It all looks amazing. You can also zipline along the street above the crowds, Darren and Geoff were the brave ones who gave this a try. I would have done it too but didn't want to leave Sherrill on her own....yeah right I couldn't even climb the tower. The boys had a blast.

... Freemont Street. But, I would spend a whole day in the old district taking a tour of Zappos, seeing the container town where new start ups are encouraged to give business a shot and of course to see the biggest video screen on earth do a show at the top of each hour.

... some of the atmosphere. There was a live piano bar singer in the bar opposite and the streets added to the feeling you were in the real deal, we were beginning to feel like we were in in Vegas! Soon after eating, we hit the slots! Armed with a $40 budget and a promise not to go over, we lasted all of an hour and half! Which I suppose could've been worse!
