... so many treasures that we would never get to see. This family truly has let us into their lives. There was no other family members to pass this place on to. We hear stories, we see the genius of Wright everywhere from furniture design, bedside lamps, the home carved around the stone. You truly are at home with nature.

Most of the furniture was designed by Wright. It is simple; low couches for sitting and lounging with foam cushions covered in fabrics ...

We spent our first night at the Holiday Inn Express in Belle Vernon, across from Hoss's.

We started the next day with an early morning breakfast at Eat'nPark with our PA friends. After breakfast, we went to see my Dad and grand parents' graves, and then we hit the road.

For the first part of our trip, we took the back roads through Mt Pleasant, Donegal, and more. At Breezewood we got on to the turnpike for the rest of the ride.

I had the pleasure of riding with Steve, a teacher from Columbus for an afternoon and morning, sharing a campsite in between.
