Well today was our last full day in San Francisco. The day started with our usual early morning walk. One thing we have noticed is the amount of homeless people in the city. This morning a pregnant lady asked us for food, she wasn't after money just food. She was certainly happy when we walked out of Starbucks and gave her a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast.

... hotel. The room was nice with two queen beds, and one sofa cum bed. Enough to sleep six of us. Of course there was a refrigerator and microwave and one TV. We rested for a bit and of course it was dinner time. We stepped out and decided to go to an Indian place to eat. Fremont is mini India. There are tons and tons of Indian restaurants and shops. ... a game of baseball at the ball park we visited earlier (SF giants vs Cincinnati Reds).
Since we saw all of these places mostly by walking long distances, we also took in many of San Fran's neighbourhoods an other nics and nacs along the way.
To sum up our San Fran experience
- gorgeous city
- friendly people, felt safe ALMOST everywhere (we did accidentally stumble into some dodgy areas a couple of times)
- great culture

Some of the more memorable Shoe was:
1 - a single, lonely, orphaned roller-blade shoe. Darn and again for not taking a photo of that Shoe.
2 - a single, lonely, orphaned very-high-heel dressy shoe with tiger or leopard print design. Yup, I got the photo and my big dumb finger was blocking part of the shot.
