    ... There were people on the top of it boogie boarding. There were also a couple of fit looking guys kicking a football. One was down on the sand kicking the ball to the other guy who was on the top of the sand dune.

    After our walk we drove up to the top of a hill where there is a lookout. You can get fantastic views of the ocean. We walked for a short distance down a path where there were some other lookouts. ...

    ... seems a bit cruel to me but each to their own.

    So here we are, just packed up ready to drive further up the coast, our main destination being Byron Bay but doubt we will get that far today think it is around 7 hour drive but we will see what we find, the coast along the way like coffs harbour is meant to be amazing so time will tell!     ... instructors – yaay! However, my energy disappeared by noon, and I spent the rest of the afternoon dozing on the beach and chatting to the instructors about the intricacies of surfing, such as reading the waves etc. – they recommended a book called ‘a girls guide to surfing’, so if anyone wants to get me a good Christmas pressie, that would be awesome!
